Quida Flora Coley
Ouida Coley (1939-2013) was a devoted member of the Baha’i Faith for well over 50 years. She had served for several years as a member of the Local Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of Washington, DC, and being fluent in Spanish she had extensive Baha’i pioneering experience having served in Paraguay, South America.
